About the network

We are Carolin Grumbach, Mandala von Westenholz and Tomma Jetses, three female doctoral students from the STEM field who founded the women's network EmpowerMINT-FB06 together with the Equal Opportunities Office of Osnabrück University at the beginning of 2023. With this network, we would like to offer women at Faculty 06 the opportunity to support each other and offer help. The aim of the network is to promote women and support them in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Thanks to the support and funding of the federal "Professorinnenprogramm III" and the Female Promotion Pool of the University of Osnabrück, we were able to launch this project.

After one year of existence, there are already a large number of events and activities that have taken place within the framework of our network (see Past Events).

We are planning a number of events again this year and look forward to welcoming all participants!
